Stock Availability:
All products are subject to availability. While we aim to keep our product availability up to date, we cannot always guarantee availability at the time of purchase. If a product you have ordered is unavailable we will notify you by email and offer alternatives or refund your purchase that day. We will always contact you regarding unexpected delays.
Pricing:
All pricing is listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST (Goods and Service Tax) of 15%
Delivery / Freight Costs:
We use the services of PBT, Post Haste and NZ Couriers to ship your orders to you. We will supply you with the name of the shipping company and tracking number when your order has been shipped so you can check to see where you order is.
Exchange/Return Policy:
Please note we check everything for quality and to make sure we aren’t missing any nuts and bolts etc before anything leaves the warehouse.
If for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order you can simply return the items to us with our return form. We’ll then either give you a credit note or a refund. However all returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging and within 15 days of you’re ordered being received. Please note shipping cost will not be refunded and will also shipping will be charged again with the exchanged item.
Warranty Claims:
everything we sell comes with a manufactories warranty. However in most case this only applies to the original owner so please keep your receipts as a proof of purchase
